Our approach to tutorials is straight-forward:
We interview your technical support people to identify questions
that new customers ask repeatedly, then construct a tutorial to
address the issues.

Recently, we received an e-mail from
Grover Mundell, Product Manager at RealLegal (http://www.reallegal.com),
requesting a tutorial for his latest product:
"One thing that the Support
department asked for when I did a training session on RealLegal
Publisher was a tutorial similar to the one that they use for
E-Transcript Manager. They use it for first-timers and claim that
it helps a lot. Apparently, you created this tutorial using Flash.
Is it appropriate to create a similar tutorial for RealLegal Publisher?"
